No, only in case something happens will we deduct the specific amount from your credit card to cover any lack, breakage or damage that may occur during your stay.

Yes, as long as you can follow our check-in time, from 3 pm to 10 pm.

No, we do not allow Smoking inside the apartment. However, you are welcome to smoke outside on the balcony, terrace, garden, or other designated areas.

Yes. We do provide original photographs of the apartment on the website

We will send you a confirmation booking email with all the information you need about the property and the contact person once the booking is placed.

Owner FAQs

Vacation rentals are privately owned homes, apartments and villas available for rent. It is not a timeshare; it is simply a property that is available for rent (just like a hotel/hotel apartment).

There are several advantages, such as high Income, High Cumulative Yield, Superior maintenance, Hassle-Free property management and many more. You can use the property whenever you want to stay if you live abroad, and if you live in Dubai and travel, often you can take advantage and profit renting it that time you are out. Whenever you want to sell, your property has an easy exit, no need to give one year's notice in the long term; even we can do viewings for selling your property coordinating with the days there are no guests, so meanwhile, it is sold you can get income.

After signing the Short-Term Agreement with us, we will add your property to the holiday homes database. Your property will be visible on many online portals such as Booking.com, Home Away, Airbnb, TripAdvisor, VRBO, Agoda, Expedia, and our website as a Holiday Homes and Real Estate, where guests can check the property online and book it.

All advertising towards the sale of room accommodations shall be done by LAKESHORE HOLIDAY HOMES RENTAL.

Our online Portal is available for you day and night. You will get a username and password to log in and see your property details. There you can check your occupancy calendar, and also you can block the dates for your personal use. Once your property is listed with us, you will get the owner's login.

You will receive all the amount dues to you on the 5th of the following month for all bookings of the previous month. It will be directly transferred to your account.

The Short term agreement between you and us is for one year. You can give one month's notice to terminate your contract after the 3rd month.

You have two options: either you can do it by yourself or use our turnkey service. Our Stylish is better performing proven. Upon agreed design, your home will be furnished with all kinds of household details within 2-4 weeks.

You will have online access to our system to check all bookings.

If a guest causes damage, the cost of damage will be deducted from the guest deposit held by us. Insurance for damages
